In this work, we conducted a literature review about the self-efficacy beliefs in Physics Teaching. Eleven studies were found that dealt with the motivation of Basic Education teachers and their students; the relationship between self-efficacy beliefs and the academic education of teachers; procedures for validating questionnaires; teachers' self-efficacy beliefs in relation to specific Physics topics; the self-efficacy beliefs of university students in relation to active teaching methodology; the influence of PIBID in changing the sources of self-efficacy beliefs; and motivations of undergraduate students regarding the permanence in the course. As crenças de autoeficácia são um construto psicológico desenvolvido por Bandura (2005) que nos auxilia a compreender o com-portamento humano. Tais crenças são as percepções que um indivíduo possui acerca de sua própria capacidade de realizar de-terminada tarefa, buscando determinado desempenho. Nesse trabalho, realizamos uma revisão de literatura sobre as crenças de autoeficácia no Ensino de Física. Foram encontrados 11 estudos que versavam sobre: a motivação de professores da Educa-ção Básica e seus alunos; a relação entre as crenças de autoeficácia e a formação acadêmica dos professores; procedimentos para validação de questionários; as crenças de autoeficácia de professores em relação à tópicos específicos da Física; as crenças de autoeficácia de estudantes universitários em relação à metodologia ativas de ensino; a influência do PIBID na mudança das fontes das crenças de autoeficácia; e motivações de licenciandos quanto à permanência no curso.
