The film narratives have proven to be an excellent resource to address the problem of the nature of science, since it allows us to approach different dilemmatic situations in the field of knowledge. Taking as a starting point the case of nuclear development during the Second World War and other issues of scientific activity, such as scientific language, the different roles within the scientific structure (such as research directors, fellows, participation of women in the projects) and the knowledge construction processes, a reflection is put forward about the possible consequences of scientific research on people’s daily life and the limits in the use of knowledge and the products of science by scientists and other social actors. In this way, a renewed analysis of the scientific activity is offered by the cinematographic narrative, which opens new possibilities for thought and teaching science. En este trabajo se presenta un estudio de la película Copenhagen a partir de un enfoque multidimensional producto de la combinación de estrategias propias de la didáctica de las ciencias, la bioética y la narrativa ci-nematográfica, con los aportes de la psicología, empleando un modelo clínico–analítico desde una perspectiva crítica. La narrativa cinematográfica ha demostrado ser un excelente recurso para abordar la problemática de la naturaleza de las ciencias, dado que permite acercarnos a diferentes situaciones dilemáticas en el campo del conocimiento. Tomando como punto de partida el caso del desarrollo nuclear durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial y otras cuestiones de la actividad científica, como el lenguaje científico, los diferentes roles dentro la estructura científica (como los directores de investigación, becarios, la participación de las mujeres en los proyectos) y los procesos de construcción de conocimiento, se propone una reflexión acerca de las posibles consecuencias de la investigación científica sobre la vida cotidiana de las personas y los límites en el uso del conocimiento y los productos de la ciencia por parte de los científicos y de otros actores sociales. De este modo, a partir de la narrativa cinematográfica, se ofrece un análisis renovado de la actividad científica que abre nuevas posibilidades para el pensamiento y la enseñanza de las ciencias.
