The gap between what the middle school offers on con-tents related to the production, propagation and perception of sound and the demands of the current society to the future Higher Technical was constituted in one of the motivating aspects for the design and elaboration of the proposal. Se presenta una propuesta didáctica relacionada con la unidad temática Sonido correspondiente a la actividad curricular Física I de la carrera Técnico Superior en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo. La brecha existente entre lo que la escuela media ofrece sobre los contenidos relacionados con la producción, propagación y percepción del sonido y las demandas de la sociedad actual al futuro Técnico Superior se constituyó en uno de los aspectos motivadores para el diseño y elaboración de la propuesta.
