All the activities can be achieved with affordable materials of daily use. En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta didáctica para el aprendizaje activo de la óptica geométrica, dirigida a estudiantes de segundo año de educación secundaria. La misma combina actividades en tono lúdico, expe-rimentales y de metacognición; relaciona a la física con cuestiones de la vida cotidiana y con otras disciplinas tales como la historia, la astronomía, la matemática, la biología, el arte. Todas las actividades pueden desarro-llarse con materiales de uso cotidiano, accesibles y de bajo costo.
