The advent of new technologies and the demands of modern society implied new innovative processes in university classes. The aim of this work is to describe how educational practice at university level is changed; starting with collaborative work conducted among physics university teachers and science researchers, to include various technological resources in physics classes. The results show that with these incorporations it is possible to modify traditional practices by innovative practices, generating changes, both in the role of students, university teachers and in the interactions that take place between them. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that, collaborative work constitutes a means by which to generate innovation processes in higher education.
