The advent of new technologies and the demands of modern society implied new innovative processes in university classes. The aim of this work is to describe how educational practice at university level is changed; starting with collaborative work conducted among physics university teachers and science researchers, to include various technological resources in physics classes. The results show that with these incorporations it is possible to modify traditional practices by innovative practices, generating changes, both in the role of students, university teachers and in the interactions that take place between them. In conclusion, it can be affirmed that, collaborative work constitutes a means by which to generate innovation processes in higher education. Las prácticas de enseñanza en el nivel superior están caracterizadas por un enfoque de tipo tradicional. El ad-venimiento de nuevas tecnologías y las demandas de la sociedad actual, generan la necesidad de pensar en procesos de innovación en las clases universitarias. El objetivo de este trabajo es caracterizar cómo se modifica la práctica de enseñanza en el nivel superior, a partir del trabajo colaborativo llevado a cabo entre docentes universitarios de física e investigadores en educación en física, para la incorporación de diferentes recursos tecnológicos en las clases de física. Los resultados muestran que a partir de dichas incorporaciones es posible modificar las prácticas tradicionales por prácticas innovadoras, generando cambios, tanto en el rol de los es-tudiantes, como en el de los docentes universitarios y en las interacciones que entre ellos tienen lugar. En conclusión, se puede afirmar que, el trabajo colaborativo constituye un medio mediante el cual generar procesos de innovación en el nivel superior.
