Sumario:This article analyzes the territorial policies of access and use of water in the community of Chorrillos (Jujuy). The objectives are the analysis of territorial policies of access and use of water identified in this community, the place of participation in their formulation, the impact they had on the living conditions and development of the community, and the experiences and resignifications of the community. In terms of analytical key, “policies” are conceived as sociocultural activities deeply immersed in the social processes that take place in a community, creating and sustaining “worlds of meaning” that guide the realization of collective actions. In terms of methodological key, the work was carried out from a qualitative perspective based on a case study: the rural community of Chorrillos, in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, in the province of Jujuy. Information was collected from documents, observations and in-depth interviews with community.
