The concern arises from the increase in emergency devices that have been generated since the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic and as a reflexive proposal for the professional group. An anonymous survey prepared for this purpose and answered by 31 colleagues from different regions will be used as a data collection instrument. Likewise, the aforementioned input will be linked with theoretical reference material and with the professional insertion practice itself. Within this framework an initial description will be made with different colleagues' thoughts and feelings and then an analysis of the authors will be carried out with the aim of thinking up different scenarios that allow questioning, rethinking and redesigning institutional practices, discourses and meanings. El presente artículo propone una reflexión en torno a la inserción disciplinar del trabajo social en guardias interdisciplinarias de salud mental en el sistema de salud pública de la provincia de Neuquén. La inquietud surge ante el aumento de dispositivos de urgencia generados a partir del inicio de la pandemia por covid-19 y como propuesta reflexiva para el colectivo profesional. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de datos una encuesta anónima confeccionada a tal fin y respondida por 31 colegas de distintas regiones. Asimismo, se realizó la vinculación de dicho insumo con material teórico de referencia y con la propia práctica de inserción profesional. Desde este marco, se realizó una descripción inicial sobre el decir y sentir de diferentes colegas y se procedió luego a un análisis de las autoras con el objetivo de pensar escenarios diversos que permitan cuestionar, repensar y rediseñar prácticas, discursos y sentidos institucionales.
