The idea of "own register" summarizes part of what we identified in the period, since it generates an identity configuration in which a set of meanings related to resources –as a salary and not as a subsidy–, to the role of the State –where the State appears as an enabler of the organization's action rather than as a guarantor of rights or as an effector– and to the identity of a workers' organization –rather than a nucleus around demands associated with poverty– are disputed.
