It also expresses how health and mental health are understood in this context and the role of the State in relation to it. The intention is to propose some lines to understand and address a problem that is not only health-related and not only mental. It also addresses how new forms of communication and interaction generate bonding relationships with a strong presence of virtuality as an omnipresent medium in daily life based on social isolation. It is proposed how this mode of interaction reconfigures subjectivities and, at the same time, enables the possibility of continuing to establish interpersonal links in general. The idea is not to take up the negative aspects of the pandemic situation, something we know and feel, since humanity is affected. In summary, some reflections on the implications of living and interacting with other people in times of pandemic are raised. Thinking about how bonds can evolve is a debate that, undoubtedly, remains open.
