In this sense, the constitution of the protest for the human right to abortion in Argentina was a long process of historical struggles that converged in a massive occupation of public space during the year 2018. In this essay, I propose to analyze what was the political impact of this protest as an emancipatory process in Argentine society from the category of public performance. To do so, I will analyze, based on the observation of the results of the collective action for the legalization and decriminalization of abortion in Córdoba (Argentina), the following effects: strategic, institutional and performative.
