The program arises in 2001, from a public dialogue between educational institutions, which raises the reception of demands that show discomfort / conflict in a context in crisis. The responses, which we implement, are supported by a trajectory that accounts for processes of construction, management, and interaction between the teaching team and public institutions. From the institutional commissions the centers of academic practices are defined; a relationship that materializes in collaboration agreements between the FCS and state organizations or civil society. Through this formal agreement, the teaching team and groups of social work students design and implement intervention devices that operate in two dimensions: a) respond to the need that originated the demand in terms of instituting practices; b) go through their learning process about the possibilities, challenges and limits of the intervention of Social Work in institutional organizations. 19 years after its creation, we share reflections on the journey traveled from the PUEE also in a context of crisis, this time not only national. Este trabajo tiene la intencionalidad de compartir una experiencia realizada desde la Cátedra Teoría, Espacios y Estrategias de Intervención IV -Instituciones- de la Licenciatura en Trabajo Social, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (FCS), Universidad Nacional de Córdoba a través del “Programa la Universidad Escucha a las Escuelas” (PUEE). El programa surge en 2001 desde un diálogo público entre instituciones educativas que plantea la recepción de demandas que evidencian malestar/conflicto en el marco de un contexto en crisis. Las respuestas que implementamos se respaldan en una trayectoria que da cuenta de procesos de construcción, gestión e interacción entre el equipo docente y las instituciones públicas. A partir de los encargos institucionales se definen los centros de prácticas académicas; una relación que se materializa en convenios de colaboración entre la FCS y organizaciones estatales o de la sociedad civil. Por medio de este acuerdo formal, el equipo de cátedra y grupos de estudiantes de Trabajo Social diseñan e implementan dispositivos de intervención que operan en dos dimensiones: a) responder a la necesidad que originó la demanda en términos de prácticas instituyentes; b) transitar su proceso de aprendizaje sobre las posibilidades, desafíos y límites de la intervención de Trabajo Social en organizaciones institucionales. A 19 años de su creación, compartimos reflexiones sobre el trayecto recorrido desde el PUEE, también en un contexto de crisis, esta vez ya no solo nacional.
