This article gives an account of the incidence of the sanction of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU) 70/2017 -which modified the Migration Law 25.871- about the forms of access-attention of migrant women from some bordering countries of Argentina, who attended different public health effectors of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in the period 2017-2018. From a intervention/research a socio-anthropological and gender(s) perspective, the deterioration of access to rights in the field of health was observed, expressed in: the decrease in the migrant population that approaches the health institutions to the obligation to present the National Identity Document; and the decrease of women in health spaces, considering that they (in general) are in charge of family "care. Este artículo muestra la incidencia que produjo la sanción del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) 70/2017 - que modificó la Ley de Migración 25.871- sobre las formas de acceso-atención de las mujeres migrantes de algunos países limítrofes de Argentina, que asistieron a distintos efectores públicos de salud de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires en el período 2017-2018. A partir de la intervención/investigación desarrollada, desde una perspectiva socioantropológica y de género(s), se observó el deterioro del acceso a derechos en el campo de la salud, expresado en: la disminución de la población migrante que se acerca a las instituciones sanitarias, debido a la obligatoriedad de presentar el Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI); y, la menor presencia de mujeres en los espacios de salud, considerando que son ellas (en general) las encargadas del “cuidado” familiar.
