It shows that the search for legitimacy acquires an ambivalent and profoundly political identity, merging the disciplinary knowledge and the particular interest of the company. It also analizes  the different forms of resistance practiced by the workers as a response to this policies. Finally, it raises some questions in relation to the possibility of articulating those interests and the labor of SW within a workers union field.
