El presente trabajo es el resultado del proceso de reflexión crítica de la práctica cotidiana de intervención del Trabajo Social en el campo de la Salud Mental en la ciudad de San Francisco[1](Córdoba, Argentina). Este análisis da cuenta de algunas preocupaciones en torno a la vulneración de derechos de las/os sujetos, así como de las actuales disputas y desafíos ético-políticos en relación a la efectiva garantía de los mismos.[1] Ciudad cabecera del Departamento San Justo, ubicada al este de la Provincia de Córdoba, de aproximadamente 200 mil habitantes distribuidos en 38 localidades. La ciudad de San Francisco tiene aproximadamente 60 mil habitantes.
