One suchchallenge amis to achieve the incorporation of science and technology as an integral part of the culture inLatin American countries. To achicve the incorporation of society to a science an technology culture it isnecessary to generate divulge strategies capable of movilizing the political, institutional, social, and economical structures, so as to understand the complex and global situatioris which affect the world. Thescience and technoLogy literacy constitutes nowadays a social and etliical right of humankind. |
