The objective of this study is to map the state of knowledge, in scientific articles, on environmental education and health education in the context of teacher training. To understand the state of knowledge in this study, the scoping review methodology proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute was used. A search strategy was applied in the CAPES Periódicos, Scielo and Web of Science databases and 5 articles were included for the study. The number of articles located in this established clipping was proportionally low in relation to each of the researched themes, separately. A educação ambiental e educação em saúde constituem-se campos de estudos e práticas que podem contribuir com a formação de professores e, consequentemente, com a formação de cidadãos mais críticos e reflexivos. O objetivo deste estudo é mapear, em artigos científicos, o estado do conhecimento sobre educação ambiental e educação em saúde no contexto da formação de professores. Foram incluídos cinco artigos para o estudo. Dos artigos analisados, apenas um foi realizado no Brasil, o que demonstra que poucos autores nacionais se dedicaram a investigar essa temática, além de uma concentração temporal de publicação, na grande maioria dos artigos, em período recente: 2018 a 2021. A quantidade de artigos localizados neste recorte estabelecido foi proporcionalmente baixa em relação a cada um dos temas pesquisados, isoladamente.
