Thcy remarked that their participation allowed thetn tu deve lop their synthesis capacity and tu gel mm effectivc study methodology. Another aspect named as valuablc is the opportunity thai OAB gives tu share activitics and experiences among teen-agers of the whole country. En este trabajo se ha analizado La influencia que ha tenido sobre alumnos del nivel medio su participación en la Olimpíada Argentina de Biología (OAB). Los resultados demuestran que dicha participación contribuyó significativamente en La elección de la carrera universitaria. El 83% de los alumnos eligió carreras afines a las Ciencias Biológicas y manifestó que el competir en la OAB influyó positivamente en su rendimiento acadómico, fundamentalmente porque les permitió desarrollar su capacidad de síntesis y lograr una metodología de estudio más efectiva.
