This  work  is  part  of an  investigation  that analyses the issue  of Environmental  Education  organized  by school teachers taking into account educational and innovation alternatives for kids and adolescents, from a ncw conception of socio-environmental  culture. Toe qualitative descriptive study  is based on a complex pedagogic paradigm that incorporated the  socio-environmental dimensión in tbc curricula and tries to articulate formative sequences that  favour the developrnent of leaming communities, transforming the local spaces, Toe comparative study was carried out considering a sample of 10 proyects from an university  in which 35 proposal  form rural school  and urban  schools.  Sorne theoretical categories that helped  to orient the reading  oí the projects as well  as a transversal comparativo analysis berween  the results  of each  ob- server-reader were established,  lt shigbthy important the presence of the environmental perspective in the educational proposals in primary  and high school  levels, This implies that an environmental conception is limited to the natural. Este trabajo,  forma  parte de una linea de investigación que analiza  las propuestas de Educación Ambien- tal que organizan los  maestros ea  las escuelas dando  cuenta  de alternativas educativas innovadoras para niños y jóvenes, desde una nueva  concepción de cultura  socio- ambiental.  El  estudio  es cualitativo- des- criptivo,  se sustenta  en un paradigma pedagógico complejo que  incorpora la dimensión  socio-  ambiental en los currículos y busca articular secuencias formativas que favorezcan el desarrollo de comunidades de aprendizaje.
