Sumario:This work sought to estimate the impact of Natural Sciences training in General Basic Education in the province of Salta, in order to evaluate its quality as a tool for change management that, guaranteed its transfer to the classroom, will support educational transformation. For this purpose, a situational analysis of the teaching of these sciences in General Basic Education -pre and post-training- was carried out, confronting it with the intentionality of these actions, in order to establish valid ways to propitiate from the training an optimal articulation between theory and practice, with alternative teaching models and attitudes committed to a new teaching role.
