For this purpose, a situational analysis of the teaching of these sciences in General Basic Education -pre and post-training- was carried out, confronting it with the intentionality of these actions, in order to establish valid ways to propitiate from the training an optimal articulation between theory and practice, with alternative teaching models and attitudes committed to a new teaching role. Este trabajo procuró estimar el impacto de In capacitación en Ciencias Naturales en la Educación General Básica de la provincia de Salta, a efectos de evaluar su calidad como herramienta de gestión de cambio que, garantizada su transferencia a las aulas, sustente la transformación educativa. Para ello, se efectuó un análisis situacional de la enseñanza de estas ciencias en la Educación General Básica -pre y post capacitación- confrontándolo con la intencionalidad de estas acciones, a fin de establecer caminos válidos para propiciar desde la capacitación una articulación óptima entre teoría y práctica, con modelos alternativos de enseñanza y actitudes comprometidas hacia un nuevo rol docente.
