Sumario:This study is aimed at analyzing the changes that occur in the professional knowledge of the Biology professor training course in the planning process, that is, in the development of didactic units which specifically involve modeling. This study is particularly focused on the pedagogical content knowledge acquired by students of the professor training course -of Biology in this case-, since it is considered as an essential tool for the teaching profession. An attempt will be made to study what changes occur when the individuals are involved in the process of developing a Didactic Unit and its corresponding reflection, on a science theme involving modeling as a didactic strategy.
