The relationships built by the students between the circulatory and digestive, respiratory, and excretory systems were characterized quantitatively and qualitatively, explaining human nutrition and the aspects associated with individual and structural racism in food in Colombia. The students recognized structural racism as a problem of Colombian society in the country's hunger problems. The study evidences the teaching of Biology as a space for the fight against racism. El objetivo de este trabajo fue abordar la lucha antirracista en la enseñanza de la Biología, a partir de la caracterización de los aprendizajes de 32 estudiantes de grado séptimo de una escuela colombiana, sobre el tema nutrición/alimentación humana y la visibilización del racismo estructural, en el desarrollo de una secuencia didáctica. Se caracterizaron de manera cuantitativa y cualitativa las relaciones construidas por las y los estudiantes entre el sistema circulatorio y digestivo, respiratorio, excretor al explicar la nutrición humana y los aspectos asociados al racismo individual y estructural en la alimentación en Colombia. Las y los estudiantes reconocieron el racismo estructural como problema de la sociedad colombiana en los problemas de hambre del país.
