Sumario:The purpose of this work was to address the anti-racist fight in the teaching of Biology, based on the characterization of the learning of 32 seventh grade students of a Colombian school on the subject of nutrition / human nutrition and the visibility of structural racism, in the development of a didactic sequence. The relationships built by the students between the circulatory and digestive, respiratory, and excretory systems were characterized quantitatively and qualitatively, explaining human nutrition and the aspects associated with individual and structural racism in food in Colombia. The students recognized structural racism as a problem of Colombian society in the country's hunger problems. The study evidences the teaching of Biology as a space for the fight against racism.
