| Sumario: | We present the analysis of trainees´ productions based on a teachers´ professional development proposal on feeding, carried out from an innovative strategy based on the reading of visual “texts” and the writing of narrative productions. That was a very enriching strategy when it came to integrate, visualize and bring into play the dimensions of feeding examined (socio –cultural, political – economic and biomedical) from a multidimensional, complex, interdisciplinary and multi-referential perspective. It enabled conceptual and metacognitive reflection, at the same time that allowed the expression of affection. |
