The topics to develop were Maternal-Infant Nutrition and Nourishment, aimed to women and mothers who attend to a Primary Health-Care Center. The general aim was to promote healthy eating practices and consider these persons’ iss ues, relating them to their habits, customs and beliefs on Nourishment. Este artículo intenta esbozar las ideas centrales de un proyecto educativo formulado y desarrollado en un ámbito de Educación No Formal, con un diagnóstico participativo de carácter cuali-cuantitativo del contexto situacional de la población de estudio y sus problemáticas educativas. La temática a desarrollar fue Alimentación y Nutrición Materno-Infantil, destinada a las mujeres y madres que asisten a un Centro de Atención Primaria de Salud. Sus objetivos generales consistieron en promover prácticas alimentarias saludables y problematizar acerca de los significados que traen los sujetos en torno a ellas, relacionándolas con sus hábitos, costumbres y mitos sobre Alimentación.
