Una secuencia didáctica sobre Síntesis de Proteínas Roni, Carolina Alfie, Lionel Borches, Elizabet In this study we examine the development of a teaching-learning sequence aboutprotein synthesis that links situations of reading, writing and interpreting images ofYouTube. The proposal was carried out by a team of researchers and teachers in twopenultimate grades of high school. For the analysis the following was considered: interviewswith teachers, field diaries, fragments of class observation and students’ productions. As aresult, we found that certain teaching conditions, relating to the educational interventionas repeating and pausing projections, answering questions and/or replying comments, negotiating meanings, guiding and reviewing writing by means of reading texts, madestudents learn contents better.
