| Sumario: | Pedagogical innovation started being implemented in the subject Didactics of Biology and Residence Practice (Biology Teaching Profession) in 2002. Two objectives direct this proposal: 1) To help students do their residency practices within an institutional and group interaction and 2) To develop attitudes and skills for cooperative work in professional teams. This work has been done in different middle-level schools, public and private, establishing a pedagogical contract between residents and teachers. The main results were: a greater integration with different institutional individuals, a better organization and fulfillment of the proposed curricula activities, and an active and integrated participation in fulfilling the objectives set by the team work of the faculty |
