Samuel The ?Ecocentros? educational research project is an experience based on school environmental audits, which attempt to achieve the integration of environmental education into all the aspects of life at the centre. The achievement of a signifi cant improvement in environmental awareness is a key feature of the research carried out in the Ecocentros project. The pupils taking part have displayed great motivation, and signifi cant improvements have been achieved in the fi elds of habits and attitudes. Progress has been made towards more respectful ways of relating to the environment while, at the same time, a participative, entertaining and motivational process has been developed. El proyecto de investigación educativa Ecocentros es una experiencia basada en las ecoauditorías escolares. Éstas tratan de lograr la integración de la educación ambiental en todos los ámbitos de la vida del centro. Destaca en la investigación realizada en torno a Ecocentros, el haber conseguido una mejora importante en la sensibilización ambiental. El alumnado ha participado con gran motivación, y se han conseguido mejoras importantes en el campo de los hábitos y las actitudes. Se ha avanzado hacia formas más respetuosas de relacionarse con el medio desarrollando mientras tanto un proceso participativo, divertido y motivador.
