| Sumario: | The laboratory work of cellular respiration used in the subject General Biology, a first year course of Teacher Training and Licensee in Biological Sciences in Bariloche University Regional Centre of the National University of Comahue, is described. In this practical work, the students ask a question related to the respiratory activity of different organisms in several environmental conditions. Then, they answer the question, following the steps of the scientific method and using a technique that measures the CO2 production in closed systems. This is an integrating and interdisciplinary proposal that promotes the active participation of students in the teaching-learning process. |
