| Sumario: | The article is a summary of my research work in the arts and aims to build a bridge between different artistic disciplines: drawing, textile art, photography, and Spanish card-making, retracing the artistic practices acquired by the undersigned. To this end, it explores the possibilities of ex-votos—an immaterial promise materialized into an object—by pushing the boundaries established in Renaissance Art history. Emphasis is placed on its role as a connecting object—between the secular and the sacred—by employing actions that converge in autobiographical praxis, where the textual element takes on particular significance, leading to new realms of memory through drifting. |
