The intention of this work is, firstly, to reflect on how this attentive listening process develops, what we pay attention to and what it contributes to the performer. Secondly, to propose a possible systematization of this process in order to be useful to other instrumentalists who wish to share their analysis and conclusions in exhibitions, debates, lectures, etc. Una de las actividades propias de los instrumentistas que se renueva cada vez que se prepara un nuevo repertorio es la escucha y análisis de registros sonoros de otros intérpretes. La intención de este trabajo es, en primer lugar, reflexionar sobre cómo se desarrolla este proceso de audición atenta, a qué prestamos atención y qué le aporta al instrumentista. En segundo lugar, plantear una posible sistematización de ese proceso para alcanzar un mayor grado de aprovechamiento de la instancia y que sea útil, por ejemplo, a otros instrumentistas que desean compartir sus análisis y conclusiones en exposiciones, debates, ponencias, entre otros.
