My work was done in two separate fields, one of them focused in experimental research, from which emerged pieces made with different techniques and formats (mainly photography and drawing) and another theoretical, both revolving around the problem of representation. In the process of the thesis, the search in one of these poles had repercussions in the other, which generated in the beginning a plethora of essays in different techniques, finally opting for photography. My interest in photography produced an exploration of how these images represent, how they are formed, how they relate to their objects of representation. At first my work was focused on the iconic facet of the photographic image, centering on the subject of indiciality at a later stage. The result of this exploration was a series of exercises in which I tried to tension the photographic image. El siguiente artículo es una adaptación de mi Trabajo Final para la Licenciatura en Grabado de la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, la cual se presentó en marzo del 2016. Mi trabajo se produjo en dos campos separados, uno de indagación experimental, del que surgieron piezas con técnicas y formatos diversos (fotografía y dibujo principalmente) y otro teórico, girando ambos en torno al problema de la representación. En el proceso de la tesis, la búsqueda en uno de estos polos repercutía en el otro, lo que generó en un comienzo una plétora de ensayos en distintas técnicas, finalmente decantándome por la fotografía. Mi interés en torno a la fotografía dio pie a una exploración sobre cómo representan estas imágenes, cómo se forman, qué relación tienen con sus objetos. En un primer momento mi labor estuvo enfocada hacia la faceta icónica de la imagen fotográfica, centrándome en el tema de la indicialidad en una etapa posterior. El resultado de esta exploración fue una serie de ejercicios en los que se intenta poner en tensión la imagen fotográfica.
