However, the lack of knowledge on the part of society about the food production structure generates points of weakness, which must be resolved through interaction between the productive, social, academic and state sectors. The province of Córdoba has prestigious congresses and conferences on food, but mostly focused on the exhibition of works of a scientific nature for an academic community. The lack of a space for companies to acquire an "open door" approach prompted the demand for the "I-Agrifood Linking Day" with the purpose that companies are the ones who can provide information related to their activities, challenges and objectives for the strengthening of a productive framework centered on food. The conference was held in the Reform Auditorium of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the National University of Córdoba and was aimed at the productive sectors and all members of the science and technology units of the province of Córdoba, through a hybrid modality. between face-to-face and remotely.This event managed to consolidate this house of high studies as a benchmark in food issues. Keywords:  La industria alimentaria es una de las fortalezas productivas que tiene la provincia de Córdoba con gran parte de su Producto Bruto Interno representado por el sector agroindustrial. Sin embargo, el desconocimiento por parte de la sociedad sobre la estructura productiva alimentaria genera puntos de debilidad, el cual debe ser resuelto mediante la interacción entre el sector productivo, social, académico y estatal.  La provincia de Córdoba cuenta con prestigiosos congresos y jornadas sobre alimentos, pero en su mayoría enfocados a la exposición de trabajos de índole científico para una comunidad académica. La falta de un espacio para que las empresas adquieran un enfoque de “puertas abiertas” impulsó la demanda de la “I-Jornada de Vinculación en Agroalimentos” con la finalidad de que sean las empresas quienes puedan brindar información relacionada con sus actividades, desafíos y objetivos para el fortalecimiento de un entramado productivo centrado en los alimentos. La jornada se realizó en el Auditorio de la Reforma de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba y estuvo dirigida a los sectores productivos y a todos los miembros de las unidades de ciencia y tecnología de la provincia de Córdoba, mediante una modalidad hibrida entre presencial y a distancia.
