To this end, during the 2018/2019 season, the Mancan variety was evaluated, the only one registered with the National Seed Institute (INASE). In three sowing dates (FS) the average cycle was 73 days, with a vegetative stage of about 3 weeks, with a flowering that lasted between 3 and 4 weeks, and then there was the formation and filling of the grains, which lasted about 4 weeks. At production level, an average yield of 1.20 g plant-1 was obtained, highlighting the extreme FS (both November and February) as those of higher yield, the average number of grains (NG) obtained was 30 grains plant-1, and the weight of a thousand grains (PMG) of 39.98 g. The general results recorded, speak of a good productive behavior of buckwheat, in an environment representative of the central region of Cordoba. Retomando una experiencia realizada en la campaña 2011/2012 por la Ing. Agr. Dionisi de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la U.N.C., se trabajó sobre trigo sarraceno en condiciones de secano en el centro de Córdoba, con el objetivo de comenzar una serie de experiencias para conocer el desenvolvimiento fenológico y productivo del cultivo en nuestro ambiente. Para ello, durante la campaña 2018/2019 se evaluó la variedad Mancan, la única inscripta en el Instituto Nacional de Semillas (INASE). En tres fechas de siembra (FS) el ciclo promedio fue de 73 días, con una etapa vegetativa de alrededor de 3 semanas, con una floración que se prolongó entre 3 y 4 semanas, para luego producirse la formación y llenado de los granos, cuya duración fue de aproximadamente 4 semanas. A nivel productivo se obtuvo un rendimiento promedio de 1,20 g planta-1, destacándose las FS extremas (tanto de noviembre como febrero) como las de mayor rendimiento, el número de granos (NG) promedio obtenido fue de 30 granos planta-1, y el peso de mil granos (PMG) de39,98 g. Los resultados generales registrados, hablan de un buen comportamiento productivo de trigo sarraceno, en un ambiente representativo de la región central de Córdoba. Faculta de Ciencias Agropecuarias.
