It focuses on TomásJofré, a prominent proceduralist in civil and criminal matters. It addresses unknown aspects of hiswork in the Buenos Aires legislature that went beyond promoting changes in procedural legislationto make justice more efficient, such as giving impetus to judicial statistics. Going deeper into thefoundations under which the reform building was conceived by its main reference at the beginningof the 20th century allows to delve into the bases on which the judicial policy of its time rested. |
