The agrarian problem necessarily joined to the global socioeconomic program, taking into account not only the limits and conditions imposed by the specific national and international economic policies, but also the political options made by the state. The government is urged to find multiple modernization strategies which generate different models to rearch an economically feasible formula. This is the reason why there is a need to restate the agrarian problem and to generate the adequate specific policies. Everything takes place against a background of a strong and severe confrontation with the companies which represent the biggest amount of owners. 1963-1966, dentro de un marco general en el que se requieren cambios fundantes que contribuyan a la consolidación de la democracia -en el difícil y conflictivo ámbito de la política argentina de este momento-, y a la promoción de un desarrollo económico sostenido que tienda a propiciar una distribución más justa del ingreso. La problemática agraria se articula necesariamente con el programa socioeconómico global, teniendo en cuenta no sólo los límites y condicionamientos que impone la específica coyuntura económica, tanto nacional como internacional, sino también las opciones políticas que se hacen desde el Estado. El gobierno se encuentra frente a la urgencia de alcanzar estrategias múltiples de modernización que generen modelos diversos para alcanzar una fórmula económicamente viable. De allí la necesidad de replantear el problema agrario y de generar las políticas específicas adecuadas. Todo ello en el marco de una muy fuerte y severa confrontación con las corporaciones que nuclean a los propietarios más concentrados. Centro de Estudios Históricos Profesor Carlos S. A.
