| Sumario: | This work intends to rebuild the most important aspects of writing of the Cabildo of Córdoba, province of Tucumán, Juries and Diaguitas of the Viceroyalty of Peru during the 16th Century. The present book focuses on the main aspects of the documental and writing practice, such as the notary of the "Cabildo, the main responsible for the writing process and for the Notary Office; the different types of documents resulted of the institutional dynamic; and the different kinds of organization, conservation and appropriation of the documents. It is also analyzed the few laws regarding the writing process and the documental production of the "Cabildo" and its observance. |
