In this sense, this article aims at reflecting on the territorial condition as a dimension that goes through and singles out the studies anchored in the temporal-spacehorizon of the former territories. We propose that such dimension not only affects the configuration and reproduction of social actors, theirs practices and representations, but it also defines a universe of analyses in which it is possible to mean once again old matters, discover new problems and bring forward experiences that contribute to generalize and enrich the dominant speech in the national historiography. La producción en torno a los Territorios Nacionales evidencia en los últimos años un creciente interés traducido en la proliferación de investigaciones que, desde diversos enfoques teóricos y metodológicos y planteando una multiplicidad de problemáticas, delimitan un objeto de estudio sobre el que resulta necesario avanzar en su explicación y conceptualización. En este sentido, el presente artículo apunta a reflexionar en torno a la condición territoriana como una dimensión que atraviesa y particulariza los estudios anclados en el horizonte espacio temporal de los ex territorios. Postulamos que tal dimensión, por una parte incide en la configuración y reproducción de los actores sociales, sus prácticas y sus representaciones y, por otra, delimita un universo de análisis en el que es posible resignificar temas, descubrir nuevos problemas y aportar experiencias que concurran a pluralizar y enriquecer el discurso dominante en la historiografía nacional.
