| Sumario: | The intention of the work is to analyze the state building in Buenos Aires´s province from the bonds established between two instances of the administration of justice in the Buenos Aires campaign between 1855 and 1880. On the one hand, the professional judges who exerted in the Judicial Department of the South - with soothe in Dolores- and the judges of peace of Tandil. The establishment of learned justice in the campaign tried to take this administration to the space where, it was considered, happened the greater amount of crimes. Of parallel way, the magistrates tried to control the actions of the local judges in their roll of sumariantes. These bonds considered particularly conflicting bids up due to it by the control of the criminal files. The profiles of professional and legos judges with the aim of explaining the nature of the conflicts will draw up that help to illuminate through the justice administration, the process of conformation of the state in the Buenos Aires Province. |
