On the one hand, the professional judges who exerted in the Judicial Department of the South - with soothe in Dolores- and the judges of peace of Tandil. The establishment of learned justice in the campaign tried to take this administration to the space where, it was considered, happened the greater amount of crimes. Of parallel way, the magistrates tried to control the actions of the local judges in their roll of sumariantes. These bonds considered particularly conflicting bids up due to it by the control of the criminal files. The profiles of professional and legos judges with the aim of explaining the nature of the conflicts will draw up that help to illuminate through the justice administration, the process of conformation of the state in the Buenos Aires Province. El propósito del trabajo es analizar la construcción estatal en la provincia bonaerense a partir de los vínculos establecidos entre dos instancias de la administración de justicia entre 1855 y 1880. Por un lado, los jueces letrados que ejercieron en el Departamento Judicial del Sud -con sede en Dolores- y los jueces de paz del partido de Tandil. El establecimiento de la justicia letrada en la provincia pretendió llevar dicha administración al espacio donde, se consideraba, ocurrían la mayoría de los delitos. Los magistrados letrados intentaron controlar las acciones de los jueces locales en su rol de sumariantes. Estos vínculos se plantearon particularmente conflictivos debido a la puja por el control de los expedientes criminales. Se procurará trazar los perfiles de los jueces letrados y legos con el objetivo de explicar la naturaleza de los conflictos que ayuden a iluminar, a través de la administración de justicia, el proceso de conformación del Estado en la provincia bonaerense.
