| Sumario: | One of the main goals of social welfare program powered by Peronism was to provide education and health service with greater territorial scope, to expand horizontally and to reach remote areas of the territories. Therefore, from an empirical study focuses on two southern departments such as San Rafael and Malargüe, our purpose is to investigate if these social services actually had to expand and benefit those remote areas, and the impact on the population, that is to say, in what measure the state policies managed to improve the sanitary and educational level of the same one. |
