The Escribanías Antiguas (1584-1756) of Buenos Aires have seen revised at the Archivo General de la Nación, especially the sales of slaves. In this sense, we observe the dynamism of the domestic trade of slaves and their transfer to cities of Córdoba, Tucumán and Potosí, from 1603 to 1609. Este trabajo forma parte de un proyecto de investigación sobre la situación de los afroporteños durante el siglo XVII. Se revisaron primordialmente las Escribanías Antiguas (1584-1756), conservadas en el Archivo General de la Nación, en Buenos Aires, en especial las compraventas de esclavos. En ese sentido, hemos observado el dinamismo del comercio local de esclavatura y la internación de la misma hacia ciudades como Córdoba, Tucumán y Potosí, en el período 1603-1609.
