The politic scene in the Yaqui Valley (mexican northwest) in the aftermath of the culmination of the Mexican Revolution derived in problems further political and social they were part of confrontation over water management. I discuss the reasons why a social group (in this case the Yaqui Valley settlers) shocked with the private enterprise, Richardson Construction Company, and somehow, against the federal government who assumes as a mediating agency despite having legitimate control of national waters.
