The fact that the Cuban Revolution was proclaimed as Marxist promoted that the local left-wing groups started to be the object of analysis for those who saw them as dangerous elements from the Soviet Union. It also exacerbated the anti-Communism, which was already part of their ideological structure through a “performative feature” which was a decisive influence in the institutional stability. Generalized explanations of the crisis of the government of Arturo Frondizi have neglected the anticommunist pressure as a destabilizing element and given as a sufficient condition for the explanation of the events of March 1962-anti-Peronism Peronism dynamics. It is proposed to introduce as necessary for the overthrow of Frondizi, the anticommunist pressure.
