description The aim of this paper is to analyse the actions of the Fashion Revolution, which was institutionalized as a non-governmental organization in 2014, and operates through a transnational network in defence of transparency of the fashion industry’s supply chain practicies. The purpose is to characterize the organization’s work based on the theoretical assumptions of Global Governance. In this context, the concept of Transnational Advocacy Networks contributes to understanding its networked operation, present in 90 countries. Through a qualitative approach and consulting primary and secondary sources, the objeticitve of the research is analytical-descriptive and seeks to answer the question: what methods does Fashion Revolution adopt to combat slave-like labor in the fashion industry? The aim is to evaluate the hypothesis that the organization adopts different advocacy mechanisms simultaneously in its activities. The study allows to consider that the set of methods adopted by the transnational network includes direct and indirect actions to influence public policies. Through multiple strategies, the collective action disseminates information in an attempt to expand the reach of its agenda and, simultaneously, presents proposals directly to decision-makers. The demands propose changes in international economy, suggesting transformations in the production and commercial practices of the fashion industry.

The demands propose changes in international economy, suggesting transformations in the production and commercial practices of the fashion industry.
