| Sumario: | This paper analyzes the entity of war inside the theoretical and conceptual frameworks within InternationalStudies. It takes the permanent nature of war and it’s the changing character. So, it takes the war nature from theaggressiveness that relies in the human being. It explains the International Studies’ epistemic qualities. Thereby, thepaper shows the global framework in changing character and the way superpowers have reach out into a PreventiveWarfare style. On the other hand, it explains how Security Communities constitute and defines them as suitable elementsin the regional design of the security and defense in South American hemisphere. |
