It is also analyzed the application of A.I. to the execution of civil judgments. Finally, a proposal is presented. El presente analiza la inteligencia artificial aplicada a la ejecución de sentencia civil. Para ello se analiza la regulación de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación aplicadas al Poder Judicial y en particular en la gestión judicial y el programa “Justicia 2020”. Además, se analiza nociones de inteligencia artificial y la ejecución de sentencia. Se concluye con una propuesta personal. Dans cet article son intelligence artificielle analysée appliquée à l'exécution des jugements civils. Dans un premier temps, il est analysé la régulation des technologies de l'information et de la communication appliquée au pouvoir judiciaire et à la gestion des dossiers dans le programme « Justicia 2020 ». Il est également analysé l'application de A.I. à l'exécution des jugements civils. Enfin, une proposition est présentée. In questo articolo viene analizzata l'intelligenza artificiale applicata all'esecuzione delle sentenze civili. In primo luogo, viene analizzata la regolamentazione della tecnologia dell'informazione e della comunicazione applicata alla Magistratura e il case management nel programma “Justicia 2020”. Viene inoltre analizzata l'applicazione dell'A.I. all'esecuzione delle sentenze civili. Infine, viene presentata una proposta. Neste artigo é analisada a inteligência artificial aplicada à execução de sentenças cíveis. Primeiramente, analisa-se a regulamentação da tecnologia da informação e comunicação aplicada ao Judiciário e a gestão de processos no programa “Justicia 2020”.
