E-files of the Judiciary for the execution of payments in the Province of Córdoba

This article analyzes the irruption of new technologies for the judicial execution of payments. The legal system of the Nation of Argentina is compared with the legal development of the use of technologies at the Judiciary to claim payments.

El presente análisis se enfoca en el expediente judicial electrónico en los Juzgados de juicios de cobros particulares y se circunscribe espacialmente al ámbito de la Provincia de Córdoba. Se valora el desarrollo en el sistema jurídico nacional y se lo compara con el sistema provincial y particularmente el desarrollo jurisprudencial para admitir en forma válida el uso de las tecnologías en juicios de cobro particular.
