Statistics about the civil and commercial oral procedures are analyzed taking in consideration the time between preliminary hearing and the main earing, and the conciliation percentual. El análisis jurídico que se presenta respecto de la sentencia como acto procesal atravesado por el nuevo paradigma tecnológico es interpelado por las reformas procesales en cuanto a la oralidad, los principios procesales y la tutela judicial efectiva. Se analiza la estadística respecto del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Córdoba respecto a juicios orales del fuero civil y comercial, el lapso entre la audiencia preliminar y la audiencia de vista de causa y la tasa de conciliación. L'analyse juridique du jugement en tant qu'acte procédural bouleversé transversalement par les nouvelles technologies est interrogée sur les réformes procédurales de l'oralité, les principes procéduraux et la protection juridictionnelle effective. Les statistiques sur les procédures orales civiles et commerciales sont analysées en prenant en considération le temps entre l'audience préliminaire et l'audience principale, et le pourcentage de conciliation. L'analisi giuridica del giudizio come atto processuale irto trasversalmente dalle nuove tecnologie si interroga sulle riforme processuali dell'oralità, dei principi processuali e dell'effettiva tutela giurisdizionale. Le statistiche sui procedimenti orali civili e commerciali sono analizzate prendendo in considerazione il tempo che intercorre tra l'udienza preliminare e l'udienza principale, e la percentuale di conciliazione. A análise jurídica sobre o julgamento como ato processual irrompido transversalmente pelas novas tecnologias é questionada sobre as reformas processuais da oralidade, dos princípios processuais e da tutela jurisdicional efetiva. São analisadas estatísticas sobre os processos orais cíveis e comerciais levando em consideração o tempo entre a audiência preliminar e a audiência principal, e o percentual de conciliação.
